Storyboard: Public Transport System Safe During Pandemic

Idea 1:
  • Providing passengers - Wet Sanitizing wipes.
  1. Someone going to the office, using Railways as transport. (Gets a sanitizing wipe, while buying a ticket for the train)
  2. A student going to school, riding a bus. (Bus-conductor giving out sanitizing wipes to every bus-rider)

Idea 2:
  • Employing staff to clean the insides of the public transport vehicles.
  1. Cleaning the train, after every route completion.
  2. Wiping handgrips and seats at frequent intervals.

Idea 3:
  • Following safety precautions, and purifying the air in air-trapped vehicles.
  1. Making sure that everyone wears a mask. Seating 1 seat apart while riding a train.
  2. Installing a high-efficiency particulate air filter in the air condition system of metro, for fresh air circulation.

A storyboard presents a scenario that takes a hypothetical user from setting (a problem, need, or desire embedded in a specific situation) to satisfaction (an outcome achieved through a design that addresses the problem/need/desire). Storyboards show what a design enables the user to accomplish without specifying a particular user interface. A good storyboard begins by introducing the problem: what does the user seek to do? The subsequent panels walk through what the user does. It introduces how the user begins using the system, any exploration that they do, and how the design helps the user accomplish their goal.
