IDEA 1: No internet in mobile

  • Storyboard 1: Student uses web-portal instead to book his bus from the university computer lab
  • Storyboard 2: Employee uses web-portal to book app to go home

IDEA 2: No credit in mobile app

  • Storyboard 3: Student gets credit transferred to his app via his brother's app and book bus ride linked via the phone number
  • Storyboard 4: Employee tops-up account credit using micro-finance banking app and book bus ride


IDEA 3: Forgets to book ride / No booking

  • Storyboard 5: Employee forgets to book app and books on run-time since late-bookings (emergency cases) are allowed if seats are available
  • Storyboard 6: Employee forgets to book a daily ride to work, but is reminded using an intelligent alert feature that notices if you've not booked a ride on a workday daily commute
