Storyboard: A ridesharing app: Xcab

 

Introduction:

The concept of the project will be to design a mobile application that will provide peer to peer ride-sharing, ride service healing, bicycle-sharing system, ride-sharing with multiple people, car bookings for tours, truck bookings, and food delivery services. The potential name of this app is "Xcab". Xcab mobile app, which you can use to submit a trip request that is automatically sent to an Xcab driver near to you, alerting the driver to your location. It automatically finds your location and logs GPS data. When a driver accepts your trip, you'll see their name, license plate, photo, rating, and a temporary substitute telephone number. You'll be able to follow your Xcab driver on the built-in map until they arrive with you and when on a trip, you can follow your trip in real-time and share with your friends. The accepting Xcab driver will then come and pick you up and drive you to your requested destination. The Xcab app automatically figures out the navigational route for the driver, calculates the distance and fare, and transfers the payment to the driver from your selected payment method, without you having to say a word or grab your wallet. This process also as same as other services in this app such as truck booking etc.

Storyboard:

When people move from one house to another, trucks are needed to move their furniture from one place to another. Basically, it needs a lot of transportation. Trucks are not available at all times. Many times, people do not know where the truck garage is, in case this app will come in handy for truck sharing. For example, hiring a truck is no longer a difficult task nowadays. Consider purchasing furniture from a showroom; the first thought that will cross your mind is how to move the furniture to your home. You shall be needing a truck to do that, but you don’t know from where you can hire the truck. When you have this app, you have the whole Truck Stand in the palm of your hand. You can hire any type of truck for any kind of need using the app. Simply post a trip request in the app by selecting a pickup & drop point along with details of your product. That’s it, you will be instantly tagged with one of the verified Truck Drivers with whom you will be able to talk and finalize delivery of your product.

Many times, people don't know, where cars are rented. With this app, you can rent a car for a few days tour from one city to another. If a person wants to share a trip with other people in the same destination then they can do so through this app. It saves a lot of money. A bicycle-sharing system also included in this app, a public bicycle scheme is a service in which bicycles are made available for shared use to individuals on a short-term basis for a price or free. This app can help bicycle-sharing options with calculating by the hour. Peer to peers ride-sharing, ride service healing, food delivery services are the same as Uber, Lyft, Grave service. Users will be able to enjoy many opportunities through only one app.
