  User Needs: Users’ primary needs are centered around the goal of finding the best ridesharing apps that are can trust, secure, easy to navigate, good functionality, and more advanced to compare with other ride-sharing apps. Recently available ride-sharing the app is not to provide more facilities in one app, no secure, no woman safety, confuse button level, apps crash on iOS, and lots of problems.   Interview protocol: Introduction of the interview protocol: Hi, my name is Imran Uddin, and I’m here to understand better how you use the ridesharing app on your mobile phone and what problem you are facing. what type of facilities do actual users need on ridesharing apps, and I will ask some important questions about ride-sharing apps. You'll be able to follow your Xcab driver on the built-in map until they arrive with you and when on a trip, you can follow your trip in real-time and share with your friends. Idea 1: Providing passengers - Wet Sanitizing wipes. Someone going to the office, using Railways as transport. (Gets a sanitizing wipe, while buying a ticket for the train) A student going to school, riding a bus. (Bus-conductor giving out sanitizing wipes to every bus-rider) Idea 2: Employing staff to clean the insides of the public transport vehicles. Cleaning the train, after every route completion. Wiping handgrips and seats at frequent intervals. Idea 3: Following safety precautions, and purifying the air in air-trapped vehicles. Making sure that everyone wears a mask. Seating 1 seat apart while riding a train. Installing a high-efficiency particulate air filter in the air condition system of metro, for fresh air circulation.
