  High-Level Goal of the Study: The goal of the study will be to find out how people the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of their ride-sharing apps. What type of options, keyword, facilities need for users. Since Uber and Lyft are the most popular signature app of ride-sharing, So, how do users are used to Uber and Lyft apps. This analytical research will help with this project. Recruiting Criteria and Strategy: The recruiting pool will include participants who currently use ride-sharing apps. Specially who are very expert to use ride-sharing apps. The advantages and disadvantages of ride-sharing apps can be known in detail from the expert users. It will help with this project.
