When the weather is bad, it's more possible to get busy on the road because a car accident happens or they reduce their speed. So they can check the weather in advance by an app and go to their work earlier than usual. Sometimes they can't have enough time to have breakfast. So they can have it by an app that allows them to save the time to cook.
